The table includes:

Top metrics summarize total prompts, average visibility, total responses, and total citations.

Select a prompt to inspect:

- engine tabs for measured answers
- exact returned answer when available

- answer prominence

Engine tabs
Engine tabs appear when a measured answer exists for that engine. A missing tab means no measured answer is available for that prompt and engine in the selected context.
Prompt changes
Adding a prompt stores it as tracked. It does not affect historical runs and does not become measured until a future tracking run captures an answer.
