Content Drafts
Edit local drafts created from recommendations.
Content drafts are local draft documents generated from recommendations.
What drafts include
A draft can include:
- title
- type
- target audience
- suggested keywords
- status
- body content
- structured page sections for page-style drafts
- SEO/AEO notes and claims that need human review
- export metadata such as generated HTML when available
Editing
Open a draft from a recommendation action. Article-style drafts can be edited as markdown. Page-style drafts show a structured preview first, with the source markdown available when manual cleanup is needed.
Use the draft as a starting point for your content workflow, not as a final published asset.
Exporting
Plans that include draft export can copy markdown, copy HTML for structured page drafts, or download the available export file. Plans without export access can still review the draft in the app but see upgrade prompts on copy/download actions.
Publish-ready status
Marking a draft publish-ready only updates the local status in Citlyze. It does not publish to a CMS, website, social platform, or outreach tool.
Recommended workflow
- Open the recommendation evidence.
- Create a local draft.
- Edit for accuracy and brand voice.
- Move the draft into your publishing workflow.
- Run tracking again after the content is live.
