Dashboard
Read the executive AI visibility summary for a workspace.
The dashboard is the executive view of workspace performance. It summarizes brand visibility, competitor presence, source coverage, and priority actions.
Main modules
The dashboard can show:
- Brand Visibility
- visibility over time
- prompt coverage
- engine consistency
- Share of Voice
- sentiment
- competitor visibility
- top cited domains
- citations by channel
- citations with brand mention rate
- priority recommendations
- campaign and content impact
Dashboard states
Citlyze uses state cards to explain what the workspace needs next:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Setup needed | Brand or prompt setup is incomplete. |
| Tracking blocked | Tracking is temporarily unavailable for this workspace. |
| Ready to measure | Setup is complete, but no answers have been captured yet. |
| Run in progress | Today's tracking is in progress; results appear as answers arrive. |
| Latest baseline | Completed answers are available. |
Tracking cadence
Tracking runs automatically every day; there is nothing to trigger from the dashboard. The state cards above show whether setup is complete and when the latest answers arrived.
Alerts and scheduled delivery
Use workspace settings to manage alert rules, alert history, and scheduled visibility reports. Alerts can notify admins or a custom recipient list when visibility, competitor ranking, or citation-rate changes cross a rule threshold. Scheduled reports can deliver a weekly or monthly visibility report when the workspace plan includes scheduled reports.
Reading Brand Visibility
Brand Visibility is the share of tracked answers in which your brand is mentioned. It is the headline signal, but it should be read alongside citations, competitors, and prompt-level results.
