Dashboard states
Citlyze uses state cards to explain what the workspace needs next:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Setup needed | Brand or prompt setup is incomplete. |
| Tracking blocked | Provider credentials or required configuration are missing. |
| Ready to measure | Setup is complete, but no answers have been captured yet. |
| Run in progress | Runs are queued or running. |
| Latest baseline | Completed answers are available. |
| Needs attention | Some answers failed or need review. |
Primary action
Use Run tracking now or Resume tracking run when the dashboard says tracking is ready or in progress.
Alerts and scheduled delivery
Use workspace settings to manage alert rules, alert history, and scheduled visibility reports. Alerts can notify admins or a custom recipient list when visibility, competitor ranking, or citation-rate changes cross a rule threshold. Scheduled reports can deliver a weekly or monthly visibility report when the workspace plan includes scheduled reports.
Reading Brand Visibility
Brand Visibility is the percentage of eligible completed answers where the target brand is mentioned. It is the headline signal, but it should be read alongside citations, competitors, and prompt-level results.
