Question 1

What is an AI visibility tracker?

Accepted Answer

A tool that measures how AI answer engines talk about your brand: whether they name you for the prompts your buyers ask, how you rank against competitors, and which sources they cite. Citlyze tracks this daily and turns the gaps into prioritized work.

Question 2

Which AI engines does Citlyze track?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, ByteDance, and Grok as daily answer engines, plus Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Bing Copilot as weekly search surfaces. New engines are added as buyers adopt them; every tracked engine gets its own dashboard view.

Question 3

How is AI visibility measured?

Accepted Answer

Citlyze tracks your prompt portfolio across each engine and reports whether your brand was named, recommended, cited, or skipped. Per-engine results give you a visibility trend you can compare and report.

Question 4

Do I need a separate tool for each engine?

Accepted Answer

No; one prompt portfolio covers every engine. Citlyze runs the same prompts everywhere, splits every metric per engine, and lets you compare where you win, where you're missing, and which sources drive each engine's answers.
