Set up the first workspace and run your first AI visibility baseline.
Use this checklist when you are creating a new Citlyze workspace for a brand.
1. Create or select a workspace
Sign in at app.citlyze.com, choose the organization or workspace you want to use, and start the tracking setup flow.
2. Add the target brand
Enter the canonical brand name, owned domain, and brand variations that should count as mentions. Include common abbreviations, product names, and alternate spellings that AI answers might use.
3. Add competitors
Add at least one competitor and confirm its official website. Competitor domains help Citlyze classify citations and compare Share of Voice.
4. Choose prompts
Select suggested buyer prompts or add your own. A useful first set covers awareness, consideration, evaluation, and decision-stage questions.
5. Review and save
Confirm the brand, competitors, prompt count, and prompt topics. Saving setup creates the tracking configuration for the workspace.
6. Run tracking
Use Run tracking now from the dashboard when the workspace is ready. Citlyze queues runs across active prompts, active plan-allowed engines, and active markets, then updates dashboards when results complete.
What to check after the first run
- Brand Visibility is no longer empty.
- Prompt-level answers show engine tabs.
- Citation reports include source domains.
- Recommendations appear when Citlyze finds repeated gaps.
