Microsoft Teams Notifications

Use a Microsoft Teams incoming webhook to post Citlyze alerts and scheduled reports into a Teams channel.

Microsoft is moving customers from legacy Office 365 connectors toward Power Automate Workflows. Citlyze accepts both legacy Teams webhook URLs and newer Workflows URLs so existing channels keep working while new setups can use the recommended Workflows path.

Set up with the Citlyze Teams package

1. Download teams-app-package.zip.
2. In Teams, open Apps.
3. Open Manage your apps.
4. Select Upload a custom app.
5. Upload the Citlyze package.
6. Add an Incoming Webhook connector or a Power Automate Workflow to the channel that should receive Citlyze notifications.
7. Copy the generated webhook URL.
8. In Citlyze, open Workspace Settings.
9. In Notification webhooks, paste the URL in the Microsoft Teams row.
10. Select Save.

Citlyze accepts Microsoft webhook URLs on Teams connector hosts and Workflows hosts such as *.webhook.office.com, outlook.office.com, and *.logic.azure.com.

Test the setup

Trigger an alert or wait for the next scheduled report. The Teams channel should receive a Citlyze adaptive card with key metrics and a link back to the relevant dashboard or report.
