Add-Ons
Extend plan limits with capacity packs or unlock features without changing tiers.
Add-ons extend a paid plan without moving to a higher tier. They come in two kinds:
- Capacity packs raise a numeric plan limit, such as daily prompts or tracked competitors. Packs are stackable up to a per-add-on maximum.
- Feature unlocks enable a capability from a higher tier, such as API access or white-label reports.

How billing works
Add-ons are added as items on your existing Stripe subscription:
- Purchases require an active paid subscription. Trial workspaces choose a plan first.
- Charges are prorated from the day you add the add-on, on the same billing interval (monthly or annual) as your plan.
- To reduce quantity or remove an add-on, use Manage billing on the billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Entitlements update automatically when the subscription changes.
- If a subscription payment fails, new add-on purchases are paused until the outstanding invoice is settled.
How limits combine
Effective limits are resolved in this order:
plan limits -> plus add-on capacity -> account overrides (Custom plans)For example, Brand Growth includes 20 daily prompts; with two prompt packs the workspace tracks up to 220 prompts per day. Usage meters on the billing page always show the combined effective limit.
Capacity packs never reduce a limit, and a pack on an already-unlimited limit (for example on a Custom plan) has no additional effect.
Agency plans
On agency plans, capacity from add-ons joins the pooled allowance shared across client workspaces — a prompt pack adds 100 pooled daily prompts that you can allocate to any client, and the extra seat add-on adds an internal team seat.
Custom plans
Custom (enterprise) accounts usually have negotiated limits set directly by the Citlyze team instead of self-serve add-ons. Contact your account manager or support to adjust enterprise coverage.
